I’ll inspect the structure, systems and components of the home inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology.

Radon Testing

Although radon is a naturally occurring gas in our environment it is also the second leading cause of lung cancer deaths in the U.S. According to the Environmental Protection Agency it is estimated that 40% of Pennsylvania homes have elevated radon levels. The EPA recommends when buying or selling a house that it be tested to ensure radon gas levels are safe for occupancy. Wood-destroying insects and other pests can cause serious damage to the wooden structural components of a house. Termites damage more than half a million homes every year, according to industry statistics. These destructive organisms can hide and go undetected for a long time, but there are many tell-tale signs for different species that indicate their presence. I’ll inspect your home for evidence or infestation now before it becomes an expensive problem later.

Following my evaluation, I will complete my findings in an easy to read report, which includes detailed descriptions and high resolution digital photos of any issues I’ve discovered.

The report is designed give you better information for better decisions. A full home inspection usually takes from 2 to 3.5 hours to complete, but our report will condense the information into a concise, easy to understand document that shows you the condition of the property’s structure, systems and components. The report is divided into logical sections that describe the condition of each area of the home complete with relevant photos.
